My journey as a yoga and meditation practitioner started in 2014 after attending Vipassana meditation retreat in Himalayas. This experience lead me to delve deeper into the field of meditation, yoga and yogic philosophy. In 2017, I did my Yoga teachers training in Mysore and Darjeeling under Himalayan yoga bliss and I have been teaching Yoga and Meditation since then.
I teach yoga in a holistic, simple and traditional way. My style of teaching is to pay lot of attention to synchronize breathing with each asana movement which is one of the very important factor in yoga practice so that one feel energized and receive complete benefit from each asana.
